Constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine filed with the Constitutional Court of Court
On October 2, a constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine was filed with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The subject of the right to constitutional petition requests to review the compliance of the provisions of subparagraphs two, twenty-five, twenty-six of the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” as amended by the Law of Ukraine No. 562-IX, subparagraphs one, two of paragraph 7¹ of Section V of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” as amended by the Law of Ukraine No.562-IX, Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Perspective Plan for Forming Community Territories of Lviv Region” of May 27, 2020 No.624-r, Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the determination of administrative centers and approval of the territories of territorial communities of Lviv region” of June 12, 2020 No.718-r, with the Constitution of Ukraine.
