Judges, former judges and the staff of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine express their sincere condolences on the premature decease of the judge of the Tribunal of State of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Bogusław Banaszak.
This is a huge loss not only for his relatives and family, but for the entire legal community of both Poland and Ukraine, with which Mr. Banaszak had been bound by many years of fruitful cooperation.
May the memory of Mr. Banaszak always remain in the hearts of people who loved and respected him.
